Getting started with Lectora Inspire
Lectora Inspire makes it easy to start creating your course. Choose to create a title from scratch, or create a title using hundreds of templates and wizards. (See Figure 1.) You can also take a video tour to learn about the main features in Lectora Inspire or read up on the tip of the day.

Next, you can add interest and interactivity to your course with screen captures, video, or Flash. Lectora Inspire seamlessly integrates with Camtasia for Lectora, Snagit for Lectora, and Flypaper for Lectora and includes roundtrip editing capabilities. (See Figure 2.) Roundtrip editing enables you to work from within Lectora Inspire, make changes to content in Camtasia, Snagit or Flypaper and have those changes automatically appear in Lectora Inspire. This saves time by eliminating the need to switch back and forth between these products.

What can you do with SnagIt for Lectora?
With Snagit for Lectora, you can capture and edit a screenshot of exactly what you see on your screen. Then create customized images by adding styles, such as torn edges, shadow effects, borders, or hotspots. You can also add stamps and tags, including arrows, text callouts, shapes, cursors, and more. When you are done, paste your new image directly into Lectora Inspire. You can then add functionality to the pasted image.
What can you do with Camtasia for Lectora?
Camtasia for Lectora makes it possible to incorporated video and screen recordings into your production. Record anything on your computer, and then add music tracks, narration, and picture-in-picture with your video camera for a professional, world-class recording. You can also apply effects, callouts, transitions and captions to make your screen recording come to life. When ready, drag and drop your new recording directly into Lectora Inspire.
