Rapidly creating courses is a must for many organizations. The tricky part is to quickly make great looking content that is interactive. This is where Interaction Builder, an online tool just launched by eLearning Brothers can help.
How it works
Interaction Builder (elearningtemplates.com/interaction-builder) is easy to use, even for those with minimum or no experience in authoring. Because the tool is Web-based, it works with both Macs and Windows machines. It does not require plug-ins or software (other than a browser that can view Flash Player 8, or later, content). Here are the steps:

Choose an interaction from the online library. The tool offers 65 types of interactions at present, including games and various interactive content formats, some of which appear in Figure 1.

Input your text, images, and audio. Interaction Builder has an editor with a dead-simple interface. (Figure 2)

Select a theme to give your interaction the look you want. Themes are combinations of colors, button styles, and backgrounds that can make your user interface pop. (Figure 3)

Download the single Flash file for use in your course.
- Insert the Flash .swf file into your course using any e-Learning authoring software.

- Access the entire library from anywhere — Each subscribed user gets access to the entire interaction and game library. Since it's all online, you can access it from any computer.
- Unlimited downloads — Create and download unlimited interactions. There is no cap on the number of downloads.

Themes — The pre-designed themes give interactions a professional look. There are tons of backgrounds and button styles to choose from and you can change the colors. Mix-and-match to create custom themes and upload custom background images.

Try before you buy
Interaction Builder is available in its entirety for free trial use. You can try out everything, download the interactions that you build, and test them in your e-Learning course. The downloaded interactions you create with your free trial account will have a watermark on them, and there will not be a “My Saved Files” area.
You do not need Flash to use Interaction Builder. The site does not provide the Flash source file, only the swf; if you want e-Learning Flash templates with the source files, eLearning Brothers offers these on the site eLearningTemplates.com.
Subscription pricing is based on the number of users and on the type of subscription you select (monthly or annual).
