While previous salary and compensation reports from The Guild were mainly focused on the United States, this report is global: it represents responses from over 9,000 members of The eLearning Guild worldwide (Figure 1). The Report is free to registered members of The Guild, including Associates.

The 36-page report explores the trends in global pay worldwide and for specific countries. It analyzes the factors that affect salary and compensation, including inflation, gender, status, designation, and other compensation. Readers will find information about average e-Learning salaries across employer and employee variables. Charts show trends in salaries since 2007 for selected regions. Finally, the report offers a salary calculator to help readers compute baseline salaries with their own unique variables.
