Measuring the Tweet for learning - that's my Holy Grail. It's nice that eLearning candidates blog, are on Facebook, can do a little programming, and want to help people, but I really want to see one who can perform a Level 3 evaluation on Tweets. I think the advised skills should have reflected the connection between technology and learning. Unless you are only interested in hiring people who can program pretty apps for a smartphone.
