“By selecting the most streamlined elements from the Falcon system, we have been able to deliver solutions that are still interesting to the learner, but require less development effort to build.” [Press Release]

To create innovative and engaging solutions for their clients, Interactive Services created the Falcon development system. Falcon is an Adobe Flash-based, professional grade, state-of-the-art courseware development tool that features over 60 development screen types. The system allows Interactive Services to develop bespoke courseware that is flexible and offers extensive possibilities for customization.

But developing bespoke eLearning courses can be costly, so Interactive Services developed Falcon Lite, a subset of the Falcon framework, to cater for projects where there is a limited budget and less need for flexibility.

Falcon Lite offers a selection of the most engaging and quickly built Falcon screen types, some clever, fast branding options, and efficient mechanisms for handling text and audio, to provide solutions with decreased development time, and therefore cost. With Falcon and Falcon Lite, Interactive Services now has tools to allow for the development of exciting content for every development need and price point.

“There was demand for a development tool that created innovative and engaging courses but at a lower cost. By selecting the most streamlined elements from the Falcon system, we have been able to deliver solutions that are still interesting to the learner, but require less development effort to build. However, for clients that require high levels of customization, Falcon is still an option.” said Ed Hickey, Interactive Services’ CTO.

Interactive Services is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, and specializes in the development of custom learning solutions for global Fortune 500 companies. Current partners and clients include Autodesk, Intel, Capital One, Citi, Comcast, Visa, Diageo, PepsiCo, Walmart.
