“What should eLearning programmers and developers do to get the full power of gamification for learning?” We asked Brenda Enders this question during the Learning Solutions Conference & Expo 2012 in Orlando, Florida.

Many designers and developers aren’t quite sure what “gamification” means, or how to apply the concept in their work. In fact, some are a bit suspicious of the term, fearing that it is yet another “flavor of the month.” In this interview, Brenda explains just what gamification is, why it is important, and how to use it.
