The eLearning Guild’s latest research report, Evaluating Learning: Insights from Learning Professionals, by Will Thalheimer, analyzes survey data collected from 356 learning professionals. The report’s goal is to determine how L&D handles and perceives learning evaluations through the examination of overall satisfaction, tools used, data collected, and senior leaders’ expectations. Additionally, the report follows trends and efforts from the past decade to determine how evaluations have adapted over the years.
