Jim Yupangco is the Chief Creative and Research Officer of Lambda Solutions. With over 15 years experience in the field of training, his deep understanding of both technology and instructional design gives him great insights into applied learning systems design. As an educational systems designer, he has designed adult online learning environments for such clients as PMC-Sierra, FMC, Rogers Communications, Kumon Learning, BC Hydro, and the Governments of Alberta and British Columbia. Jim is a senior architect of Lambda Solutions’ Web-based marketplace for social learning, Odijoo^TM.  The product is designed for Subject Matter Experts (SME), Trainers, and Learners to enable them, as community members, to freely create and share their knowledge in one space on the Internet.
