Learning and Development Manager, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

MariAn Klein currently leads the Organizational-wide Design Team at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM). She is responsible for enterprise-wide blended learning solutions and project teams, instructional design standards, and production systems for the WFHM Academy. Ms. Klein joined WFHM in 2002 and offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Klein has over 16 years of experience designing and developing learning programs and products. Prior to Wells Fargo, Ms. Klein worked for such companies as DigitalThink, LearningByte International, Microsoft, 3M and Thrivant. She has expertise in design and product management, learning strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide blended learning products and production systems.
