Michele
Stouffer has over 15 years of experience in instructional design, specializing
in e-Learning. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Michigan State
University and a Master's degree in Educational Media and Computers from
Arizona State University. Michelle received the 1998 Multimedia & Internet
Training award (now the Brandon Hall award) for designing an e-Learning course
on the Sniffer protocol analyzer, and an STC Touchstone 2000 award for a basic
PC hardware course designed for Hewlett-Packard. She has led the instructional
design effort on the e-Learning team at Ford since 2004.
This is our story about an efficient and effective method to facilitate knowledge transfer from SME to ISD to Developer, and the production of a simple WBT format that both promotes learning and maintains our quality standards.
