Clarence J. Bouchat is an adjunct instructor at Harrisburg Area Community College teaching geography classes both on-line and in the classroom. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) and University of Southern California. He started teaching geography in the classroom in 1993 at USAFA, and has subsequently taught at the University of Maryland and on-line at the U.S. Army War College.
