Greta Ballard is an Instructional Systems Designer with 15 years of experience in the field of training and design. She has a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech in Foreign Languages and a master's from George Mason University in Instructional Technology. Greta currently works for the FAA in Air Traffic Technical Training and chairs the agency’s eLearning Technical Advisory Group (eLTAG).
