As the education director for a national trade association, Ellen Behrens fashioned the association’s e-learning strategy and oversaw the development of its first e-learning programs to resounding success. Behrens has presented at conferences for ASAE and The Center and the e-Learning Guild, authors the aLearning Blog, published aLearning: A Trail Guide to Association eLearning, and served as a judge for the Brandon Hall Research Excellence in Learning Awards. Previously a project manager and instructional designer for Novations Learning Technologies, a division of Novations Group, Behrens’ project team garnered the ISPI 2005 Award of Excellence for Outstanding Instructional Product or Intervention.
