Jean-Daniel AZUELOS has worked in the learning and change management consulting industry for years before joining a private railroad company in Canada. During his consultant years he experienced several clients of various sizes and industries but with the common wish to leverage UPK as a user-enabler tool. Today JD leads several IT change management projects implying UPK content development, trainer and end-user training as well as strategic thinking of future use of the solution within the organization to leverage both content development and testing capabilities of the software in the next ERP releases company-wide. When not working, he’s fond of scuba diving, golfing and skiing.
