Connie Malamed is the author of Visual Language for Designers: Principles For Creating Graphics That People Understand, a book that synthesizes principles of cognitive science and visual communication. As a principal of Connie Malamed Consulting, she divides her time between designing e-Learning courses, information products, and Web sites. She also writes articles to help people getting started in e-Learning, at theelearningcoach.com.
