Matthew Masci has worked in the Australian training industry for over eight years as an e-Learning contractor and internal consultant. Matthew has worked for a wide range of industries from Insurance, Telecommunications, Banking, and Finance to Defence and Professional Services firms. Matthew has a broad range of e-Learning experience from Flash and simulation development, LMS implementation and integration, through to e-Learning strategy, Return on Investment analysis, and project management. He is currently employed as the Global Help Manager for Aconex handling the rollout of performance support and online learning for a global audience.
