Jeffrey Berk

Jeffrey is Chief Operating Officer for KnowledgeAdvisors, a human capital analytics solutions and technology firm. Berk works closely with clients to implement the Metrics that Matter technology and devise appropriate human capital measurement strategies and tools.

Prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors, Berk worked with Andersen for nearly a decade, where he was the Manager of Benchmarking Services. Berk is also an adjunct professor of management at Northwestern’s Kellogg School and Loyola University’s MBA program where he teaches a graduate school course on performance improvement.

He is the author of the book Champions of Change: The Managers Guide to Sustainable Process Improvement and co-author of the book Human Capital Analytics: Measuring and Improving Learning and Talent Impact.

Berk has been quoted and published in periodicals such as Learning Circuits, Workforce Magazine, Fortune, IndustryWeek, T&D Magazine, CLO Magazine and The CPA Journal.

Berk, a CPA, began his professional career as an auditor. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago and degrees in business and accounting from the University of Kansas.
