Scott Wachter has been involved with training and instructional design for the last 20 years. He has worked in academia and private industry, and currently for the Department of Veterans Affairs as an Education Project Manager. With an undergraduate degree in Education from Kent State University, and a Master’s degree in Education and Technology from the University of Oregon, he enjoys sharing different ideas and concepts with others in his profession. Recently, Scott has been doing what he can to exploit the Webinar technology to enhance the training experience in virtual organizations. His hobbies include triathlons, reading, and hanging out with his family.
