Maria Leggett is a Senior Training Analyst with Textron, a $10 billion global multi-industry company. Maria is responsible for the instructional design and development of Textron’s enterprise Six Sigma curriculum, as well as supporting management of the enterprise-wide learning management system within Textron University. Maria joined Textron in September 2005 from Babson College where she was a Senior e-Learning Content Developer. Maria has over eight years experience in the learning and development field as a trainer, instructional designer, and e-Learning developer. Prior to Textron, she was designing and developing Web-based sales training and MBA courses for both companies and institutions of higher learning.

Maria holds a Masters of Education degree in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts and Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Miami University. In addition, she has earned certificates in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Information Design from Boston University and Bentley College.
