Amy Kellogg earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech in 2003 and has been working on Government contracts for six years. She is now a Senior Instructional Designer for MTC Technologies, Inc. (MTCT). MTCT provides training design and development primarily for Government agencies. Amy’s projects include instructor-led, computer-based, and Web-based instruction. Currently, all her development for the Government is required to be Section 508 compliant. In addition, Amy is a member of a team that is converting numerous courses which are not Section 508 compliant.
