Monique Donahue is the Vice President of Research and Development for the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (EI). With 14 years of experience in instructional design and technology-based education — 10 dedicated to the hospitality industry — she oversees the development of all industry training programs for EI. She has created training and certification programs for major hospitality and entertainment corporations using a variety of delivery media.
Prior to joining EI, Monique brought her instructional design and e-Learning skills to projects with the Florida Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as to the convenience store industry. Monique is a graduate of Tufts University and serves on the University of Central Florida (UCF) Instructional Systems Advisory Council. She holds the designation of Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) and has been a presenter at the Council of Hotel & Restaurant Trainers semi-annual conference.
