Shailesh Shilwant has been working as a Lead Creative Director at Convergys in the Learning Solutions Department for the last six years. As a lead creative director, Shailesh has worked on designing and developing several e-Learning courses, curricula and performance support systems for customers in various industries, including retail, automotive, and manufacturing.

Shailesh is mainly responsible for usability and overall visual design strategy of e-Learning projects. He has also presented on the topic of usability and visual design at various conferences including The eLearning Guild’s eLearning Producer Conference & Expo 2005. Shailesh holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Arts and a Masters Degree in Visual Communications from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, India.
