Dan McNeill is an instructional
designer at Allstate Insurance Co. located just outside of
At Allstate, beyond being the lead designer in the creation of the APCC, Dan has had the opportunity to serve on various teams which researched and explored interesting trends in e-Learning, such as simulations and knowledge objects.
Before coming to Allstate, Dan worked at the Thomson Corporation, where he was an online instructional designer. During his time at Thomson, Dan had the opportunity to serve on a team charged with finding and purchasing an enterprise-wide LMS for the corporation. Prior to Thomson, Dan worked at United Airlines, as an instructional designer and project manager within the airline’s e-Learning group.
