Ann Kwinn is Director of e-Learning for Clark Training & Consulting, where she teaches courses in instructional design and e-Learning, manages the e-Learning Certificate program, wrote the company’s e-Learning courses, and consults with clients on e-Learning strategy. She has won three CINDY awards and was one of Multimedia Producer magazine’s Top 100 Producers. She has presented at many conferences and has written extensively. Dr. Kwinn holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from USC, was a research fellow at ETS and taught at UC Irvine.
