Sanford Gold is a director in Prudential Financial’s Learning Organization. In his current role, Sanford is responsible for supporting the business training department professionals in implementing their e-Learning strategy and solutions, implementing and managing systems to support Prudential’s learning infrastructure, and developing tools and templates to further Prudential’s learning strategy. He also holds a Masters in International Affairs (M.I.A) in Media and Communications from Columbia University.
