Julie Marsh has been an instructional designer, project manager and media producer for over 18 years. She has designed and managed numerous projects for companies such as Bechtel Corporation, Oracle, Hewlett- Packard, and Bank of America. She was a staff producer/director for Federal Express Corporation and started and managed an international media department for DHL Worldwide Express. Integrity in Action, a video on business ethics written by Paul Drexler and directed by Julie Marsh, for PG&E, won ITVA and Cindy awards. She co-produced and directed such noted simulations as The Fair Lending Challenge and SFPD Homicide, which received numerous awards including the Audience Award at Milia. Ms. Marsh has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, including the Training Managers Forum, the National Educational Film and Video Festival, and Online Learning Conference. She is the author of How to Design Effective Blended Learning for Brandon-Hall. Julie is the president of InterWorks.
