Ed Arnold is Corporate Learning Chair for the Boston E-Learning Association (BELA) and founder of Organization-Solutions, a consulting practice focusing on organizational effectiveness through learning strategy and implementation of blended learning solutions. Previously, he was a Principal at Diamond Cluster International, an e-commerce consultancy. Ed has published several articles on learning technology.
