Carolyn Suneja is currently applying these success factors to the creation of e-Learning programs for employees and clients of LYNX Services, a subsidiary of PPG Industries located in Ft. Myers, Florida, where she manages employee development. She has managed training and development for PPG in various roles for the past ten years. Prior to joining PPG, Carolyn was a faculty member at Marquette University, and a workforce development instructor for the Milwaukee Area Technical College, where she designed learning and development programs for the manufacturing sector. She holds an M.A. in Literature.
