Dr. Conrad Gottfredson has over 25 years experience helping organizations accelerate employee performance, increase employee engagement, develop leadership capacity, and improve instructional design, knowledge management, and content development practices.
He has designed, developed, and managed the development of many hundreds of learning solutions addressing the complete scope of delivery systems, strategies, audiences, and settings.
