Tracy Byrnes is a Courseware Developer II at Private Healthcare Systems. She has developed and presented courses on customer service, business and leadership skills, and a number of computer systems. This year she led the development of company courseware standards for e-Learning, researching everything from interactivity studies to the best colors to use online. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts and owns her own website development company. She is also an accomplished singer and musician and has performed in the United States, Russia and Europe.
