Kelly & Associates, has focused over the last eight years on e-Learning and the interactions between content, instructional goals, and the Web. He has over 14 years of experience designing and modifying instruction for adult learners. Kevin's experience includes needs assessments that address business needs and training requirements, physical and mental workload assessments, technology analysis, and designing of performance management systems. Kevin is published in academic and trade journals and currently is working on his book Total Learning Solutions to be published in 2002.
