Temple Smolen is Director of Research at The eLearning Guild, and was previously their Online Forums Director. Temple has worked in training since 1999 and in e-Learning since 2005. Prior to joining the Guild, she was the Education Institute Director for a non-profit adoption and foster care agency, a Manager for Intel training and career development programs, and a Career Counselor for M.B.A. students at UCLA Anderson. She is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instructor, and author of both a column for Learning Solutions Magazine and several eLearning Guild Research reports. Temple received her B.S. from University of California, Davis, and her M.B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles, Anderson.
