Neil Ballantyne is the Mobile Learning Manager for the British Council, the United Kingdom’s international organisation for cultural and educational relations. Neil is responsible for defining and implementing the global mobile learning strategy for the British Council to promote a wider knowledge of the English language. He is based in Hong Kong.
