William Sparks designs and implements capacity building activities. He is currently Vice President at ACDI/VOCA (www.acdivoca.org), an international consulting firm that expands social and economic opportunities in over 40 of the least developed countries. His creations include the Sell More For More farmer development program used by the UN World Food Program in Rwanda, and the AchieVe staff performance management program with workshops delivered worldwide. He is also actively involved in building capacity within his home community by facilitating a Community Conversation initiative to identify and implement quality of life activities. William earned his Master’s of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
