Adam Smith is a Learning Technology Advisor with Suncor Energy in Canada. He has previously worked at SMART Technologies as a the Team Lead of Courseware Designers and Writers as well as a for the new media group for a regional division of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He advises on how to deploy e-Learning to a large corporate audience through an LMS, mobile learning, authoring tools and synchronous online training.  Adam has a degree in Communications and additional formal education in Radio Broadcasting, Multimedia Design and Adult Education. His work has also been featured as an Adobe Site of the Day for training simulations created with Adobe Captivate.
