Since 2001 Paul Drexler has been a Senior Learning Specialist at Bechtel Corporation, focusing on practical application of learning innovation. He led the L&D effort in developing Bechtel’s ES&H community of practice, developed the Bechtel Learning 2.0 Challenge, and designed safety simulations The Bechtel Office Safety Challenge, and The Bechtel Driving Safety Challenge, received Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning awards.
Paul previously served as a Manager in the Web Media Group at Oracle and was a partner in InterWorks where he designed the award-winning SFPD Homicide and The Fair Lending Challenge for Bank of America.
Paul has taught classes in script writing, interactive multimedia and game design. He has spoken on Innovations in Safety Training at the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) conference and has appeared as a featured speaker at numerous professional groups, including Interactive '97, Digital Hollywood, The eLearning Guild,and others.
