Denise Link, Vice President and a founder of Phasient Learning Technologies, LLC, has more than thirteen years of experience creating online learning programs for adult and corporate learners. Denise holds a M.A. from Iowa State University in English (Rhetoric, Composition, and Professional Communication) and has taught secondary, university, and adult students. In the classroom, she developed a love of pedagogy — the art and science of tailoring learning content to the learner in ways that ensure learning takes place. 

Denise is an active member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM).  She has presented at local, regional, or national conferences of ASTD, SHRM, the eLearning Guild, and the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
