With over 19 years in the Learning & Performance industry, Lora consistently finds out-of-the-box designs to make sure her programs are relevant to the audience and drive results. Over the past 6 years she has worked at ADP as the Director of Sales Training Curriculum for National Accounts and Employer Service International. During that time, she has had the opportunity to speak at several learning conferences and publish industry related articles.
