Joy Marie De Block began her training career as a Sales Trainer with Aetna in 2000, and then moved to ADP as a Sales Training Consultant. Recently promoted to Sales Learning & Performance Manager, and with 12 years of successful sales achievement prior to becoming a trainer, she brings awealth of experience and knowledge to her role at ADP. She also acts as a Subject Matter Expert for her team on various ADP products, and is valued for her project management skills. Joy Marie’s main responsibility is the overall management of a comprehensive Competency Program Curriculum called iCUE for sales associates of ADP’s National Account Services group. Joy Marie earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
