Michael Towse started his career in e-Learning by developing training in conjunction with the United Kingdom's Royal Navy. Varied projects ranged from simulations for operational equipment through to Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSSs). Michael moved to Omnicare Clinical Research in 2006 to help develop e-Learning curriculums for functional roles within the company, including outlining and developing technology training solutions in response to training gaps.

 Mike works within the Global Training & Development department, to facilitate the targeting of training to individuals and groups within the company through their internal Learning Management System. Working closely with the Training Directors in the group ensures that all e-Learning modules developed not only meet the assigned Training Objectives, but also achieve effective knowledge transfer.
