Mr. Ray Miller is a program manager for the Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC). He is responsible for multiple training projects for the United States military services that require various delivery methods including classroom, learning management systems (LMSs), distance learning, manuals, and other technologies. Additionally, he manages a team for training delivery throughout Europe.

Ray holds a Master of Science degree in Adult Education from the Ohio State University. He is a former instructor at the Ohio State University, and has experience in the academic, commercial, and government sectors. He has received numerous awards, including guest speaker at the National e-Learning Conference.
