Graham Jack is a communications officer in the Indian and Northern Affairs Ministry of the federal government of Canada based in Ottawa, Ontario. His work has primarily focused on developing Web content, such as writing material for the Web, and researching applications of Web 2.0 tools in organization. Much of this article comes from his experience with another large agency of the Canadian Federal Government. Before that, he worked as an English teacher in Japan.
Graham recently completed his Master's degree in educational technology at Concordia University in Montreal Canada, and he holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies and Cultural Studies from Trent University.
