Registration Information

Learning Solutions 2010 Registration Fees

In these difficult economic times, the Guild continues to offer the same economical conference registration fees we've offered for the last eight years. Combined with available discounts, you could attend for as little as $447.75! Your registration still includes the entire 2.5 day event, materials, continental breakfast, beverage breaks, lunch, and Expo Reception.

Optional Pre-conference Certificate Program Fees

All Optional Certificate Programs will be held on Tuesday, March 23rd, and include the entire 1-day program, all materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks. (Discounts listed below do not apply.)

  • $395.00 USD – with full conference registration
  • $495.00 USD – Standard rate

The e-Learning Foundations Intensive

Fees include the entire 2-day program, materials, beverage breaks, and two lunches. (Discounts listed below do not apply.)

  • $795.00 USD – with full conference registration
  • $995.00 USD – Standard rate

Registration Discounts

The following discounts may apply to your registration fee for the Learning Solutions 2010 Conference. (These discounts do not apply to pre-conference programs or The e-Learning Foundations Intensive.) Discounts that can be combined include standard e-Learning Guild membership discount, one early registration discount, one organizational discount, and a group discount. Make sure you are logged-in when you register online and our system will calculate your final fee having factoring in your discounts! You can log in at the top of this page.

Group Discount

If your organization has a group of three or more planning to attend, then take advantage of a 10% group discount! All registrations must be made at the same time. For information, or to register your group, please call +1.707.566.8990. 

Organizational Discounts

To validate your registration at any of the following special discounted rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization's status and your full-time employment with that organization. Please fax to +1.707.566.8963 within 24 hours of your online registration.

  • 25% Non-profit Employee Discount:
    If you're employed by any non-profit organization.
     
  • 25% Government Employee Discount:
    If you're employed by any government or military organization.
     
  • 50% Academic Institution Discount:
    If you're employed by any accredited academic institution.

Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund will be made to those who cancel for any reason before March 12, 2010. For cancellations received March 12, 2010 or later, a 50% handling fee will be assessed. Refunds will not be given to those who do not cancel and do not attend. All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to service@eLearningGuild.net or faxed to (707) 566-8963. Substitutions can be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Please call (707) 566-8990 to arrange a substitution.
