Bottom-Line Performance will unveil Knowledge Guru’s new Drive app at DevLearn 2016 next week. Drive is a training reinforcement tool that helps sales reps build their confidence and competence in minutes a day on their smartphones. It is the third app in the Knowledge Guru family of products.

The Knowledge Guru platform was first launched at DevLearn 2012. Bottom-Line Performance created Knowledge Guru based on more than 20 years of experience creating custom learning solutions for its clients. Since its launch, Knowledge Guru has won five Brandon Hall Excellence Awards and helped thousands of people learn and remember what they need to be successful in their jobs.

Knowledge Guru subscribers now have access to all three apps: Drive, Quest, and Legend. Together, the apps use game-based learning, adaptive learning, and microlearning to increase knowledge retention and improve performance. Organizations use Knowledge Guru to reinforce training after product launches, introduce new processes, and onboard employees. Learning science built into the platform helps learners build their knowledge and skills in just a few minutes a day.

Drive is a mobile-first learning experience. Learners complete a short confidence assessment, then receive customized daily mini-games that teach topics such as features and benefits, how to compare competitors, and objection handling. Drive adapts to learners over time to help them master their weakest areas and build on their strengths.

Marketing director Steven Boller will showcase Knowledge Guru Drive on the Strategic Solutions learning stage at DevLearn 2016 Conference & Expo, November 16 – 18 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The session will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 16. For those who cannot attend, a webinar will be held after the conference (register here).

The Bottom-Line Performance team will also demo Knowledge Guru Drive in Booth 335 during DevLearn. Learn more here.
