Kim Bahr, MS, is a freelance instructional designer. Ms. Bahr brings over 15 years of experience in adult education teaching computer applications, designing courses and training programs, and managing curricula. She has designed eLearning, instructor-led, distance, and blended courses on various topics including healthcare, construction, and leadership. She has managed various design projects as a task lead, meeting deadlines and project requirements. Ms. Bahr’s professional interests are in engineering technology to advance systems and processes and improve human performance.
