He has been with Bayer 20 years in various roles: mainly Marketing, Innovation and Communication. His focus areas are web strategy, innovation management, financial instruments and academy programs. Before Bayer he worked as a freelance media consultant. He holds a degree in photographic engineering, an Executive MBA with Kellogg and WHU, has keen interest in curiosity and deep experience in the creative process and CPS (creative problem solving), being a certified FourSight consultant.
