Alana Meeker has 20 years experience in the field of corporate training and development with expertise in Web-based and instructor-led training. She has held the positions of consultant, training manager, project manager, instructional systems designer, and trainer. Alana holds a Master's degree in Corporate Training and Development from Northwestern University, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree from Wayne State University in Instructional Technology. She received the 1999 ShowCase Corporation (now SPSS, Inc.) award presented for producing high-quality training materials and achieving consistently high customer satisfaction as an instructional designer and instructor. Alana has been on the e-Learning team at Ford Motor Company since 2006.
