Billy Biggs serves as Assistant Director, Knowledge Consulting at General Physics Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for the Knowledge Management Solutions group's business development efforts and overall strategic consulting direction. Billy has extensive experience in the LMS industry, specific to the Federal space. He has successfully managed projects for customers such as the U. S. Department of Energy, NASA, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Justice (ATF), National Education Association, and the U. S. Department of Treasury. Billy holds an M.B.A., a B.S. in Information Systems Management, and certification by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
