Mike Richards has been working in training since 1988. Originally a graduate of the Sturt University (RMIHE) Film and TV course, he worked as Assistant Producer of training video for a large Australian bank. In 1993 Mike changed over to work in Computer Based Training for the same company. Since then he has worked with e-Learning development teams in Sydney and Canberra and now runs eLearning Media, an e-Learning consultancy.
