Ernie Brescia

Ernie Brescia is Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC. He joined the CENTURY 21™ corporate team in December 2000, as the director of learning development, and he and his team developed numerous courses for delivery via the Internet, though the CENTURY 21 Learning System® (CLS™). During his tenure as director, Brescia’s team introduced such programs as CREATE 21®, their award-winning agent fundamentals program, online versions of nationally recognized classes such as CRS 200 and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and dozens more. In May 2004, Ernie was promoted to Vice President of organizational learning and chief learning officer. In this role, he oversees all of the development and delivery of learning programs for CENTURY 21, as well as setting the strategic direction for the department.

Prior to joining the CENTURY 21 System, Brescia was the national director of training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, managing the implementation of leadership and fundraising training for nearly 60 chapter offices. His rich and varied career in training and development includes positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, the American Stock Exchange and Republic National Bank of New York. He holds a Masters degree in organizational development from NYU, and a Bachelors degree (summa cum laude) in psychology from Long Island University, where he ranked number two in his graduating class.
